what was their first kiss like: Random, sudden, and a little embarrassing. They both felt a little guilty.
where were they their first time having sex: Sam’s bed
who’s louder: April
who wakes up first: Sam
favorite form of foreplay: It probably starts with all the incidental touches and glances and smoldering looks across the table in the Cabinet meeting room, and ends with Sam taking things so slow April is sure she will actually die before he’s done.
who performs/receives oral more often: April to Sam
what kink they most often use: none
who more often tries new things: April
if they had to choose a third+ person to include who would it include: Laurie. (and then Sam dies happy)
what was their first kiss like: Very spur of the moment. Juliet just laid it on him, but hey, she thought she might not ever see him again.
where were they their first time having sex: David’s bedroom
who’s louder: Juliet
who wakes up first: David. Juliet likes her sleep.
favorite form of foreplay: A lot of kissing and touching, and a good helping of nibbling and biting.
who performs/receives oral more often: David to Juliet by a smidgen. It’s nearly 50/50 and mutual favorite.
what kink they most often use: They both enjoy dominant and submissive roles and a little light bondage. Occasionally a vibrator might be involved. It’s never anything heavy, though.
who more often tries new things: David.
if they had to choose a third+ person to include who would it include: lolno. They’d probably choose not to have sex at all rather than let anyone else in. They are both way to into each other for that.

These answers are going to be strictly about my writing because I have done more of that and prefer that over graphics and other art forms.
who is the big spoon/little spoon: David is the big spoon, usually. He’s a cuddler, that’s not a secret, though he gets that when Juliet says she’s too warm what she’s really saying is that she needs a little space. He settles for just being turned towards her, a hand holding hers, and inevitably they wake up wrapped in each other.
what is their favorite non-sexual activity: Sparring at the gym. They push each other, they always have, and the roles of student and teacher shift depending on the day. Neither of them go in for all that structured martial arts nonsense; they’re practical. Her skill is born from necessity, growing up with two brothers and too many Irish boys, his is from boxing in college and many years of experience, a fact she never lets him forget.
who uses all the hot water in the morning: David. Juliet prefers to shower at night because it’s easier to tame her mass of curls in the morning by spraying it with detangler. And to be honest, David’s early morning bedhead is sort of legendary - in an Alfalfa from the Little Rascals meets Kramer from Seinfeld kind of way.
what they order from take out: Pizza. Pepperoni with extra cheese, and sometimes green olives. It’s the reason Juliet still runs 8 miles a day.
what is the most trivial thing they fight over: David failing to see the hamper that is 3 feet away from him and instead leaving his clothes on the bedroom floor. Really. You’re not blind yet, David.
who does most of the cleaning: Whoever is home more often that week. Let’s face it, with their work, sometimes getting home without getting shot is more important than scrubbing off whatever got burned onto the stove.
what has a season pass in their DVR: Hong Kong action movies. Subbed or dubbed, cheesy or bloody, they’re not picky. Though after that one time Juliet almost landed on the coffee table, they leave the stunts to Jackie Chan.
who controls the netflix queue: Juliet. See she has this sweet split streaming setup to the TVs in the living room and bedroom using a NAS and two rebuilt laptops that plays through the surround sound… well, you get the idea.
who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working: Landlord? Yeah David loves it when Jules calls him that. Just like she loves it when he ogles her while she’s trying to fix the stupid garbage disposal and would you just shut up and hand me the crescent wrench, David?
who steals the blankets: No one. Usually it ends up shoved to the end of the bed, possibly on the floor. David’s a better blanket anyway.
who leaves their stuff around: David. But honestly after Hannah left he started slacking off, and Jules needs a comfortable level clutter to feel sane anyway.
who remembers to buy the milk: Um…There’s a reason there’s a whiteboard on the fridge and they both have smartphones, okay. Because milk is what is remembered when one is trying to make some damn mac n cheese and the other hasn’t left work yet.
who remembers anniversaries: It’s not about remembering, it’s about juggling schedules and work to get the same freaking weekend off, and well, an anniversary is just a date, it’s that moment when they finally have peace and quiet and each other that really matters.

green: Whose style do you imitate the most? I sort of answered this with orange, but honestly I’m not sure who I try to imitate the most. No one has ever pointed it out or made comparisons beyond one or two fics that were written in specific ways. I guess I’d really like to know if anyone has any thoughts on that. :)
violet: What is your favorite thing about your writing? Characterization. I like to think that I really get inside the heads of the characters I write and that I remain true to them as I write. I love a good character study, breaking them down and getting at what makes them who they are and how that impacts the story.
I also often like how I structure stories or fics. I spend a lot of time after I’ve written something tweaking paragraph locations and sentences, separating things, moving them around, to get a particular reaction from my reader. I like putting a set of sentences that have a significant impact off on their own, or moving them from the middle of a paragraph, where they could be more overlooked, to the end of a paragraph or even off on their own, so that when the reader gets to them that’s all that’s there and they are forced to confront them (sort to speak) and really let them sink in.
silver: Top three sources of inspiration It’s all about who I’m reading at the moment. I have three books going by three authors (Le Carre, Gaiman, Martin) and they all inspire me different ways. Collectively, I love their prose and how they get me to look at words in a different way, but also the ways in which they construct a story such that it makes you want to keep reading long after you should have gone to bed because you just don’t ever want to stop. I also find a lot of inspiration in my friends and their brilliant writings: Angie B, Leah, Mary (yes, you), and others.
